Value of Communication
The purpose is not finding words to put into posts that create reach for products and services.
Analyzed: Providing value to customers with consultations that they can apply what they have learned by analyzing their own experiences and interactions.
Not just creating blog posts or social media post to create views and numbers on the platforms or selling things over the internet.
The purpose is truly building connections with other people who may need help right this moment or will need help in the future. As Human Being we are always communicating to each other in different ways and understanding the real meaning of the communication is important for good relationships that already starts in childhood throughout teenage years and emerging adulthood.
Having worked for long hours each day of the week for years taught me a lot.
Analyzed: For many years working for long hours on a day to day basis leared a lot about people and their behavior. Studying about personalities in different environments and the experiences of different interaction brings about the personal development coaching.
People who work for long hours learn by physically carrying out the needed steps to make the products as well as from mentors who already have the knowledge. Understanding these communications and the intentions behind them is crucial for the person to achieve positive results that are supporting their livelihood.
People not only learn from manual work.
Showing up for work or in the community everyday and forming wisdom from experiences and knowledge that shape the viewpoints of people and how this can be used in different ways in the community and in our families. Understanding that different communications can effect how someone behaves or what actions they do to achieve their goals and purposes in life to support their own livelihood and also their families including friends of them and the friends of their families.
People learn while at the workplace interacting with colleagues and other professionals throughout the time including verbal communications and written communications. There are other important parts in personal relationships that are needed to fully understand the communication of other people. These non-verbal cues used by the individuals consciously or unconsciously give further understanding about someone's personality. Their emotions that are expressed when talking to someone or when they are quietly looking at someone are paramount to know what to expect from them in those moments and in later interactions.
The time when the personality develops in a Human Being are important for social interaction. These are childhood and teenager years as well as emerging adulthood. When you around your kid or there are other people around them such as friends or your co-workers including people from the community they are shaping the viewpoints and the personality of the kids. Teenagers are more likely to go out with friends and the personality of those people are differently shaped by their parents and relationships. When the person steps into emerging adulthood that brings up further personality changes that are from challenges they are facing while being around negative and positive personalities throughout the beginning of their career that is paramount for their mental well-being and success.
How someone talks to you or others in different circumstances are crucial to understand the personality. These can be observed by the tone and volume that a person is using in social and personal interaction as well as in professional appointments to achieve the desired results. People talk differently to a co-worker or someone who is in higher positions or to their kids or someone who are trusted as friends or someone who has harmed them in different ways. People have intentions when they are talking to others and that is directly reflects on their personalities. Even though that an individual expresses themselves differently with spoken or written conversations in professional settings or in private conversations as well as when they are guiding the training of athletes or sponsoring an artist throughout their careers they have a pattern that is clearly recognizable and helps tremendously to understand other person and their motivations in regards to their behaviors.
Other key parts to understand a personality is how they talk or write to others when people are present or when noone is around them and conversations are done between the originator and the recipient of the idea. How they talk about other people when they are present in the room or when they are not in the room to hear the communication. Do the individuals foster other people reputation with constructive communications or damaging them with gossip falsehoods.
In regards to their job including their positions and titles do they take ownership for the work what they do and do they acknowledge their mistakes as well as do they try to correct the mistakes they made or when there is upset do they try to resolve it calmly and quietly or putting more fuel onto it by spreading it to create noise around themselves by shifting the responsibilities onto other people. What is their attitude toward the work of their own and the work of other people are also important to understand how they can value other people contribution to the activities.
Other clues that gives understanding about the personality of an individual is how they are dressing in professional circumstances as well as in their private life when being around others or by being themselves or in community gatherings.
People with different personalities have different understanding as well as experiences about life and how someone need to perform and how their personal or professional conduct should be expressed.
Certain values such as respect, honesty, competence, and accountability are needed in someone's professional life as well as in their personal life and when they show up in the community or having fun with their friends.
True understanding of life and success does not come from playing internet games or written stories that are for entertainment.
