Beyond the ordinary
My Biography will be released in a unique series of 3 books. Each of the books and every requested copy of them are going to be meticulously handwritten. The copies of the books are going to be created upon individual order request, and they are going to be released as limited editions, ensuring that each reader receives something truly special and one-of-a-kind.
My Biography will serve as a comprehensive documentation of what is genuinely happening in a workplace environment. It is written with educational purposes in mind, aiming to protect others from having to endure the same experiences that I faced over a challenging period of 14 years while working with the entity, as well as the life that followed my decision to end the contract with them. This work will contain the real names of the individuals involved and detail what their respective positions were during that time. It will be presented in 3 distinct books, and each individual book will cater to those who are sincerely interested in knowing the complete and honest truth.
The books will distinctively explain the initial few years where the deceptive actions of the entities were cunningly covered up. At that time, I truly believed in what they advertised and dedicatedly worked on improving myself, all while strictly adhering to the policies that they laid out. These books will contain the unvarnished truth about how I initially placed my trust in them at the beginning, and the turning point in my perception will become very visible when I first felt as though I had been stabbed in the back, so to speak. The subsequent events will detail how that initial stab turned into a profound eye-opener, revealing the true nature of the entity. It will clearly lay out a recognizable pattern that can be observed about a deceptive group that is pretending to be something that they are claiming to be, only to turn out to be the exact opposite of what they said.

Early Years
The first part of my biography will explain in depth how I first found the workplace where I worked for an extensive period of 14 years. This section will clearly illustrate that I did not have any prior knowledge about this organization, apart from the positive comments and insights shared by its dedicated members. I fully adhered to their established policies and willingly gave them my complete trust. I did not take the time to look online to find out what other people were saying about the entity. Instead, I solely focused on looking at and truly listening to the testimonies that were fervently supporting that particular workplace and any other affiliated corporations that may have been connected to it. This book will detail important parts of my journey, as I have been working diligently in their Human Resources Division and also their Qualifications Division, while additionally having spent a significant amount of time in their Technical Division as well. I will explain how I genuinely believed in their noble claim of helping people and how my ambitious initiatives were often turned down when I tried to take on more functions within the organization, which would allow me to expand my sphere of influence where I could dedicatedly work on my passion for helping people. My time with the organization was always directly related to enhancement and significantly contributing to the educational development of the individuals I encountered. The timeline I will present will reveal some challenges that I faced, but during that trusted period, I kept my faith in the written documents provided and maintained my focus on the future and my deep-seated purpose of helping others improve their lives. I consistently put my work as a priority and held dreams that I wanted to make a vibrant reality not only for myself but also for others in the way how it was intricately related to them and their lives, in order to profoundly help them achieve a better, more fulfilling life.

Where it Became Tough
The second book of my Biography will detail the challenging and tough time period at the workplace. During this time, I kept believing and was truly focusing on how I can make myself more valuable for the group, but I never put that in front of the ultimate purpose of the group. The following sections will be detailing the tough challenges where people started to turn against me and began questioning my intentions, and with that, the workplace environment rapidly became a difficult field where I had to be strong and make sure to stand my ground firmly, holding my positions with resolve. I maintained my integrity throughout this ordeal and was consistently looking at my own actions as well as other people's actions in relation to what is more essential for survival, not only for me as an employee who is part of that group and an individual who has her own dreams and aspirations, but also what is crucial for the survival of the individuals I directly worked alongside as part of my position within the organization, including the times spent outside of production hours. I was not only closely observing the actions of the group and how they were influencing the immediate area of the organization, as well as the wider sphere of influence that ultimately derives from the results of our collective work efforts, but was hardworking to improve the services. During these times, I still looked at what the group members were stating who belonged to one of the higher levels of the organization as staff members and also carefully considered what those public figures had been saying about the services at the events, particularly those who expressed satisfaction with the services we provided. When I got to find out about occasions where the public were not satisfied with the service provided, I always tried to find the right references to correct what went wrong, either in my own actions or in those of my fellow staff members who worked directly on those front lines or had responsibilities in the back lines, or by looking over what happened with the public to isolate what could have caused that discontent in their own environment, an environment that I don't personally see or experience due to not being around that person in their private or professional life.

Eye Opening
The third book will explain in comprehensive detail what exactly happened in the workplace that made me to profoundly reevaluate my core purposes and the purposes of the group as well as what I genuinely want to do with my life. I found myself in a difficult position where I had to make the critical decision of either staying with the group and continuing to face challenges and circumstances that ultimately would not permit me to focus on my goal of helping others, or allowing my attention to be diverted to what the group insisted was true for them. This choice would have resulted in further events on a daily basis that are not something an individual should experience when they pour their hearts and souls into helping not only their fellow staff members, but also making concerted efforts to assist those who are in desperate need of help. At this pivotal point in time, my sphere of attention has expanded even more than before, and I honestly looked at what is best not only for me as an individual but also how I can genuinely contribute to helping others in various significant areas of life. I ultimately decided to end the contract with the organization and consciously choose fields that I not only love but also those that I can interconnect with each in order to effectively help a greater number of people, thus improving the communities and the society at large. My decision has been perceived differently by various individuals, and those differing perspectives will be thoroughly detailed in the book.
